Love You Like the Sky
If I should try to love you I would love you like the sky. I’d be patient through our trials, calm like clouds that drift on by. There would be days that just like rain water would drip and fall, but we’d have laughs just like the stars - too many to count them all. And just like sunsets we’d be pink, our faces in a blush after little pecks that like the wind would be gentle to...

Long Distance
Hours upon hours and miles spread between two small shiny red pins on a map. Asphalt and ground span to create a gap hitched and held together by a Red Thread. Despite all the distance that must be tread

Enamorado
On a cold night in late December we walked along. Strung lights hung above us like a stolen set of stars and while the crowds around us bustled it seemed quiet, at least to me. The music was merely a drapery while the cold was a cloak that only his hands could hide me from. It was a slow walk harmonized with smiles and a talk and though there were thousands there were only just us two - or rather...
It’s funny how things appear when you don’t look for them. And it’s also funny how sometimes your prince charming can be a tall goofy dude who looks good in black and enjoys kicking around a muddy soccer ball all day.
I’m happy.
